Coors Light Sponsorship Activation at NHL Stadium Series California

Santa Clara, California (February 21st, 2015) – On Saturday, more than 70,000 fans joined together for a hockey-themed festival called Spectator Plaza, the pre-game celebration for the 2015 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series game between the Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks at Levi’s Stadium.

The interactive and family-friendly event featured games and attractions for all ages, prizes and giveaways, retail tents and exclusive licensed merchandise and collectibles. After the festival, fans gathered inside Levi’s to cheer on the competing teams and were entertained in between the game with performances from John Fogerty, Melissa Etheridge, Kris Allen in accompaniment from the Symphony Silicon Valley.

As part of the Stadium Series festival attractions, Synergy partnered with Olson to create a must-share moment ice installation photo station. The Coors Light Fan Photo Station allowed fans 21+ to enjoy refreshing beer with friends and family by snapping and sharing memory making photographs.  The ice sculpture, with embedded branded hockey pucks and Coors Light beer bottles, was designed to replicate the official Stadium Series logo. 

On the ice, San Jose lost 2-1 to Los Angeles which knocked the Sharks our of the second wild-card playoff position in the Western Conference.
