New York, New York (February 26th, 2015) – Synergy partnered with client Weber Shandwick for a consumer and media product launch event to help Mars Chocolate North America reveal DOVE Chocolate’s newest addition, DOVE Fruit.

 

A replica pop up fruit market was created in Grand Central Terminal's Vanderbilt Hall designed with authentic, wooden and twine baskets filled with fresh fruit and colorful flowers. Individuals passing through on their commutes were greeted with the rich taste of DOVE Fruit from DOVE brand ambassadors.

Award winning, celebrity executive chef at NYC’s butter restaurant, Alex Guarnaschelli interacted with consumers as they sampled the delectable variety of flavors of DOVE Fruit – cranberry, cherry and blueberry covered in dark chocolate. In addition, individuals also had the opportunity to receive special giveaways and take photos of the unique fruit market with the hashtag, #DOVEwithRealFruit.

Individuals can purchase DOVE Fruit in two different sizes at various retailers nationwide: 2.83 oz. (SRP: $1.99-$2.59) and 6.0 oz. (SRP: $3.59-$4.79). A special 26 oz. bag is available at select warehouse stores for the retail price of $10.89.
